St. Charles Flying Service has been certified to carry for hire under FAA Regulations, Part 135 since 1968. In that time period we have flown literally millions of miles, carrying thousands of business flyers throughout the United States.We currently fly hundreds of thousands of miles yearly into and out of cities throughout the continental United States.We specialize in hauling critically needed freight including medical supplies, bank work, manufactured goods, and computer equipment.

We have a 24 hour phone line and have aircraft and pilots available to handle your long term or immediate transportation needs in all weather conditions. All of our pilots are certified and meet all the Federal Regulatory requirements including drug testing, medical currency and flight proficiency.

Charter Rates as of February 1, 2010
Cessna 310R Known Ice All Weather Twin engine airplane capable of carrying 5 passengers at cruise speeds in excess of 200 miles per hour.
$2.75 per statute mile. Layover time for pilot is $44 per hour.
Cessna T210 Known Ice All Weather Single engine airplane that can carry up to 1050 lbs of cargo at speeds in excess of 190 miles per hour.
$1.80 per statute mile. Layover time for pilot is $44 per hour.
Cessna 182RG Economical Single for the short hop flights into the rural airports hard to reach by the larger airplanes. Cruise speeds in excess of 160 Miles per hour, able to carry up to 800lbs of cargo.
$1.70 per statute mile. Layover time for pilots is $44 per hour

Pilot Wait $46 per hour, Overnight One Pilot $350 plus food and lodging,  After hours call out fee $1250, Second Pilot $175,
